Hello, Fellow Creatives. :)
In addition to my "givens"—headshots, years of training— I’m fun …to work with …look at. …listen to.
What’s so special about Julia? Approachable. Girl Next Door and… Laughs at herself.
Pretty (but can be drop-dead-hot too).

I know myself well. The stories I tell (and I love them) are

This group of talented women – a group I’d like to join – are the
contemporary representatives of a long tradition.
Hollywood has been telling stories of women like me from the very beginning –

Lillian Gish [ "the waif-like hroine with an indomnitable spirit, intelligent, strong-willed" ]
Zasu Pitts [ "our beloved, familiar friend" ]
Una Merkel [ "the heroine's pal, co-worker or rival" ]
Sylvia Sidney [ "the soulful heroine" ]
Piper Laurie [ "perky and cuddly" ]
Paula Prentiss [ "unique and offbeat" ]
Mary Tyler Moore [ "the quintessential girl-next-door" ]

Genuine. Teasable. Likeable. Earthy. Everyone's girl-next-door. Smart-Gullible.
Nerdy-Pretty. Happy-Sad. Approachable-Shy. Well meaning.
(But swears, sailor-like, if cut off when driving my bad-assed sports car.)

"Everybody loves" Julia too, seemingly. Strangers have long said
"You have the most familiar face." "Have we met?" "Where have I seen you?"
(Answer: 'Wednesdays at 7 / 8 Central' has a nice ring, huh?)

While you may not recognize my name from any marquees, how often do you get to discover somebody in this town !? :)
